How to upload screenshots from your device

This article covers how to upload screenshots and images on the following devices: 

Laptops and tablets

Smartphones and iPad 

 

Laptops and Tablets 

  1. Click Send File 
  2. Select the screenshot or image you want to upload. Your screenshot or image will automatically be uploaded for your tutor to see

If using a Chromebook, screenshots are stored in Images or Downloads under the Files folder. 

If using a MacBook, screenshots are stored in the Desktop folder.

If using a Windows laptop, screenshots are stored in This PC > Pictures.

If using a Microsoft Surface Pro, screenshots are stored on Pictures > Screenshots. 

 

Smartphones and iPad 

If you use a smartphone or iPad, you can download our application Paper Education. You can take pictures directly from the app or upload your screenshots and images. 

To take a picture: 

  1. Press the camera icon next to the message bar 
  2. Make sure to allow Paper to access the Camera feature on your device, so you can take pictures within the app. Click OK on the pop up message to allow
  3. Take a picture
  4. Press Done. Your picture will be automatically uploaded for your tutor to see

To upload a screenshot: 

  1. Press the Picture icon next to the message bar  
  2. Make sure to allow Paper to access pictures on your device, so you can upload pictures within the app. Click on “Ok” on the pop up message to allow
  3. Select the screenshot or image you want to upload
  4. Click Send
